We craft amazing travel experiences for families and groups. Our goal is to inspire joy, laughter, and connection as you explore the world of wonders together. Ideally, this is all wrapped up in a seamless, flowing itinerary that goes without a hitch.
However, sometimes things can go a little off the rails… flights, tours, accidents. You do not need to feel alone or handle it on your own. I take on a limited amount of clients so that YOU are the focus of my attention when you are traveling. Additionally, I do not take on clients when I am personally traveling.
Bottom line: I treat your vacation as I would my own, if not better. Visiting another country can be quite intimidating, BUT… knowledge is KING. And that is what I arm you with so you can travel with confidence and as much ease as possible.

Can you book on your own? Of course. But here’s the thing: online travel agents (Costco, Expedia, Priceline, etc.) are simply booking engines. You will not receive the level of care, guidance, troubleshooting, and expertise that you will here at Trip & Fall Travel.
We have a detailed conversation with you to find out what EXACTLY it is you want in your vacation, find your very best option, and then we book and manage it all for you for a seamless travel experience! We keep in touch with you after the booking for deadline reminders, important information, unique add-ons, travel guides and tips, and so much more.
We want you to feel SPOILED. You’ve earned the right to enjoy the process and not stress about it!

At the end of the complimentary consult, a *planning fee will be discussed based on the complexity of your trip. This fee is modest for the amount of time I will spend curating your trip, I assure you. I will send you a recap of our call to make sure nothing is missed, along with a fee payment link. From there, you can decide if you’d like to hire me or move on to other options.
CURRENT RESEARCH & PLANNING FEE STRUCTURE to find the perfect vacation based on your specific needs:
- CRUISES – $100
- ALL-INCLUSIVES – $100
- CUSTOM ITINERARIES – Starting at $250
- GROUPS – Starting at $300
- GUIDED TOURS – $100
- FEE WAIVED If you know exactly what you want in a cruise or all-inclusive. You still benefit from my concierge care from booking until after you return home.
- AIRFARE ONLY: International $100/person; Domestic $75/person. Includes booking, managing, and support should you need it.
If you’d like me to research your trip, you pay the fee. That is where the fun begins!
After I send your proposal, you will have the option to continue with my concierge services to book and manage all aspects of your travel, provide 24/7 in-destination support for emergencies, and advocate for you if something doesn’t quite go as planned OR walk away with information in hand to book on your own. We will discuss a general budget during the consultation. If you realize the trip is just out of reach once it is quoted, we can make adjustments or you can press pause and save up. Either way, you have an expertly planned trip. OF COURSE, I hope you choose me 🙂
*55-70% of travel advisors now charge some kind of planning fee. It ensures that we are paid for our time and expertise during the research phase. I ask that you invest a little in my time while I invest a lot of time crafting the perfect, seamless travel experience for you.
