Feeling overwhelmed? Vacation planning is supposed to be FUN! My expertise will guide you smoothly through the process that can quickly overwhelm you when planning your own travel arrangements.
Don’t have a lot of free time? The average person can spend 10-20 hours planning a vacation. Muddling through low-quality options is simply not worth your time. I use my sources to cut to the chase and present you with your best options based on your needs, desires, and budget. The only thing you need to do is spend about 20-30 minutes with me on the phone so I can get to the heart of your dream vacation. This part is non-negotiable. How am I supposed to know what you truly need if we don’t talk about it?
Feeling anxious about missing a step? Concierge services means you only have to lift a finger when you want to. Well, there will be a few required tasks on your part. But overall, I take care of all of the details, I keep you informed from day you hire me until you return from your trip. Each step of the way, I will let you know “what comes next” so you don’t have to wonder, wait, or worry.
More for your money? As an agent backed by a host agency and a travel consortium, I can often score you “extras” such as an included breakfast at preferred hotels that may otherwise have to be paid for, or extra on-board credit for certain sailings. Maybe even some VIP perks! Commissions are built into just about every aspect of travel. You get more value from the start by utilizing my personalized service. Additionally, supporting a local business as opposed to lining the pockets of big business means the world to me and my family.
Looking for the cheapest deal? I get it. It’s a great feeling to get a deal and rest assured, I do my best to find you great value for your vacation investment. However, I do not scour the internet for the cheapest of the cheap. I work with partners who value YOU, me, and the money you put into your trip – partners who will advocate WITH me and for YOU if things go awry during your travels. That rarely translates to the cheapest deal.

STEP ONE: I schedule calls with all potential clients to ensure that I am understanding your specific needs.
How can I quote something if I don’t know exactly what you are looking for?
This is me, taking care of you.
You will not get this by booking online.
STEP TWO: At the end of the consult, a *planning fee will be discussed based on the complexity of your trip. This fee is modest for the amount of time I will spend curating your trip, I assure you.
*Not all travel advisors charge planning fees. It ensures that I am paid for my time and expertise during the research phase. I reserve time for potential clients that are prepared to book within a week or so of receiving their proposal.
STEP THREE: I will send you a recap of our call to make sure nothing is missed, along with a fee payment link. From there, you can decide if you’d like to hire me or move on to other options.
If you’d like me to research your trip, you pay the fee.
That is where the fun begins!
STEP FOUR: After I send your proposal, you will have the option to continue with my concierge services to book and manage all of your reservations and advocate for you during your travels OR walk away with information in hand to book on your own or save up a little more money for your dream vacation. Either way, you have an expertly planned trip.
